The salary range listed in this job description is a base salary. Applicants eligible for years‑of‑service adjustments or shift differentials may exceed salary range listed above.
This position is located in the St. Louis Regional Office, 1390 Timberlake Manor Pkwy, Chesterfield, MO 63017
.
- Answer main switchboard phone line and route calls to appropriate team members
- Receive training requests from team members, review for completion and route through approval process; pay for approved trainings with State‑issued Purchasing Card
- Maintain financial records and prepare payment documents for Purchasing Card reconciliation
- Search electronic and physical files for documents in compliance with the Missouri Sunshine Law Document proofing, printing, finalization and mailing
- Assist other administrative team members, inspectors and office leadership as needed or requested

- 1‑3 years of relevant experience in administrative assistance, reception and/or customer service. (Additional education or experience may substitute for the required education or experience)
