What You Will Be Doing:
As a Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for procurement and Concur expense processes, ensuring compliance and clear timelines. You will also manage facilities tasks such as stocking supplies, parcel distribution, workspace setup, and maintaining fleet readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Coordination: Take full ownership of the procurement life cycle from initial request to purchase order closure, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Expense Management: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Concur, overseeing credit card processes and ensuring policy compliance.
- Facilities Support: Order and replenish stock in food stations and office supplies; maintain cleanliness across three different locations.
- Fleet & Logistics: Oversee fleet reservations and maintenance; manage parcel distribution to work spaces across multiple sites.
- Event Setup: Prepare work spaces and meeting rooms for upcoming events.
- Administrative Support: Collaborate with PMO Coordinators on project closures and provide backup support for colleagues to ensure continuity of operations.
- Prior experience in procurement, office, or facilities administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Tools).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a team‑oriented environment.
- Driving Requirement:
Must be able to drive a fleet vehicle between local sites for parcel distribution and restocking.
- Ability to quickly learn in‑house software such as Time Tracker, Manage, Smart Buy, Front Door, and SAP.
- A self‑motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated foresight in planning and the agility to adapt to changing priorities.
$16.80 - $24.00 /hr.
