Executive Director, Head of HR & Business Operations Perm Division
Our client is a global law firm with an office in L.A.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day office management for the office
- Maintain equipment and office supply inventory
- Provide general administrative support to staff including mailings, preparation of travel reports, coordinating travel, and preparation of pre-meeting materials
- Undertake other duties/special projects as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 1+ years of Administrative Office support
- Must have some experience with providing Personal Assistant support
- Experience with in Legal Services is a +
- Have a proactive mindset and like helping people solve problems
- Bookkeeping/Accounting Support is a +
- Must be open to working in the LA office Monday-Friday
The salary range for this role is $55,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience.
