** Immediate Supervisor:
** Director of Hosts and Customer Experience
* Preparation of Sales and hours Reports. Assist with entering commissions, tips, gratuities, and bonus calculations into biweekly payroll.
* Review of employee hours in Paycom to ensure accuracy with timecards. Send reminder emails to employees when approaching attendance points limits.
* Interacts with the Sales and Track team in person, provides product and service information, resolves problems to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Implement and improve office policies, procedures and standards
* Provide a safe and fun environment for every customer.
* Maintain track appearance and functionality; reports any concerns to management.
* Ensure the center areas remain clean and safe and dust controlled.
* Collaborate proactively with co-workers by sharing information, supporting team goals, and communicating openly to consistently deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds industry standards
* Understanding and compliance with facility emergency procedures
* Inventory: ensure sufficient counts, stocking and accuracy of both merchandise and supplies. Order new stock and supplies as needed.
* Manages calendars for managers and sets reminders. Coordinate travel arrangements for staff or executives
* Count and ensure accuracy of cash for weekly deposits
* Submit IT supports tickets to the IT department
* Coordinate catering for employees
* Assist all track managers daily
* Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence. Deliver mail to Post Office, Fed Ex/UPS when needed.
* Act as backup for the Corporate Office Manager when needed.
* Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed in coordination with the HR Director
* Regular and consistent attendance is mandatory.
* Provide a luxury experience, while maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude and appearance with a constant smile, reflective of the critical role this position plays as an ambassador in receiving our Exotic Racing guests.
* Greet customers professionally and proactively assess what each customer wants or needs before the customer feels they must ask.
* Open and close cash registers and maintain accountability for balances on cash drawers. Perform tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers. Balance cash drawers and make safe-deposits.
* Answer customer inquiries regarding the “track experience” and Speed Vegas merchandise.
* Work both outside and inside the office, based on the needs of the racetrack and the needs of the customers/booking schedule and merchandizing through each day. Constantly move amongst customers at the track and attend to those potential customers that seek information via telephone, email, and our website
* Other duties as assigned
** Administration and Management** — General office administrative duties and management of customer needs.
** Language** — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Bilingual in Spanish, French or other is a plus.
** Customer and Personal Service** — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
