Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Business Administration
Our client is a leading construction firm specializing in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Maintain accurate records, including project documentation, invoices, and contracts.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Support project managers with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements within office operations.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in office management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
