Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 + Discretionary Bonus
Start Date: ASAP
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, professional, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a senior executive. This role is critical to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and will serve as a trusted partner in managing schedules, coordinating priorities, and supporting office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support- Manage and maintain executive calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, deadlines, and time-sensitive commitments
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams and stakeholders to review key priorities and projects
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up items
- Assist with time entry, billing coordination, and administrative tracking
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Assist with coordination of active projects and matters, ensuring deadlines and reviews are efficiently scheduled
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files in compliance with firm standards
- Track key dates, deadlines, and action items related to projects Office & Reception Support
- Serve as front desk coverage as needed, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Coordinate in-person meetings to ensure seamless execution
- Support general office operations and act as a point of contact for visitors and vendors
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Strong written communication skills with a professional, polished tone
- Commitment to producing accurate, complete, and high-quality work
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an executive assistant, administrative, legal assistant, or similar role
- Legal industry experience preferred
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executives strongly preferred
