Has responsibility/accountability for leading the clerical operations of the Environmental Services Department. Under general supervision of the Administrative Director; plans, directs, implements, and supervises the office. There is special emphasis and anticipating, avoiding and correcting problems as well as providing and direction training and leadership to employees. This role will assist the Administrative Director with research and special projects. Also has extensive knowledge of all office functions.
EducationRequired:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required:
1 year customer service experience
Preferred: 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Proficient in spreadsheet and typing skills.
- Able to multitask and communicate effectively, clearly and with tact.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Prefer knowledge of software specific to job.
