Administrative Support Warehouse

Arcosa Marine Products is searching for an Administrative Support in our
Caruthersville, MO plant. This position is special project driven with minimal operational support.

• Perform clerical duties, such as scanning, copying, filing, compiling and/or posting records an array of business software applications and MS Office Suite
• Special Projects – Scope Scanning Engineering and Sales files an uploading to shared drive.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Enter items in Quickbase

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of full-time administrative experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to maintain accurate, organized records
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Require instruction only on new assignments
• Able to work independently
• Able to work in team environment
