Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting customers, answering and directing phone calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure the front office runs smoothly and professionally.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as scanning, data entry, and copying
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
• Follow office procedures and maintain confidentiality

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (email, phone systems, office software)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Office setting with regular interaction with the public and staff.
