Administrative Support Assistant - SWCS

Salary: $37,047.92 annually (Pay Grade G4)
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. This position is eligible for years of service pay differential (1% pay increase for every 2 years of service, capped at 10%) and is added to the total compensation.
Working hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Greeting and signing visitors in
- Filing documents
- Completing computer entries
- Distributing mail to appropriate departments
- Completing supply requisitions and maintaining a stocked supply area
- Creating and mailing various documents
- Routing incoming calls to the facility
- Maintaining employee contact information
Various other administrative duties as assigned
- Knowledge of general office practices
- Ability to maintain clerical records and operate basic office equipment
- Ability to interact on the telephone or in person with the public
- Ability to organize work assignments
- One to three years of clerical experience required (substitutions may be allowed).
