Camdenton Middle School is seeking a dedicated individual to strengthen our district’s mission,

. The administrative team focuses on effective and efficient systems to support program development, staff well‑being, and professional relationships. The successful candidate will enroll new students, collaborate with district administrators, and ensure accurate data entry and reporting to meet DESE requirements.
- Meet with families new to the Camdenton R‑3 District and register all new students into Infinite Campus.
- Conduct Safe School checks for all registering students.
- Request student records via Infinite Campus District to District Records Transfer.
- Ensure all required documents and verifications for enrollment are complete and accurate.
- Schedule appointments for students and families to meet with building enrollment staff.
- Coordinate student start dates among buildings.
- Oversee group insurance, supplemental insurance, and Section 125 plan.
- Assist with budgeting for medical and life insurance premiums.
- Schedule and facilitate the annual enrollment process for existing and new employees.
- Collaborate with billing to ensure accurate and timely payment of insurance invoices.
- Oversee the Worker’s Compensation program.
- Provide first‑line support for Infinite Campus calls from district personnel.
- Coordinate photos for students and staff twice a year.
- Generate reports from Infinite Campus, update staff changes, perform daily , maintain rostering, and manage master schedules.
- Assist with the Back to School Fair and other district events as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or deemed appropriate by the Board of Education.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum five years of secretarial or administrative experience.
- Excellent public relations skills and experience handling confidential personnel files.
- Familiarity and competency with Google Workspace and Frontline Education software.
- Experience in staffing management is considered an advantage.
- Alternative qualifications acceptable as deemed appropriate by the Board of Education.
Term of employment: 253 days; 8.0 hours/day (no lunch break). Pay range: $16.75 – $20.35 per hour, with up to 10 years of experience. Evaluation is conducted annually by the Assistant Superintendent of Personnel and Compliance.
