Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Executive Assistant will assist the CFO of Universal Studio Group and the SVP of Finance Content Strategy and support department‑wide initiatives as needed.
Essential Responsibilities- Answering and screening calls
- Manage executive calendar – arrange and schedule numerous meetings involving many high‑level executives; maintain and update calendar; develop and maintain relationships with other assistants throughout the finance world; demonstrate flexibility, patience and persistence in routinely rescheduling meetings
- Book travel arrangements and reservations and manage travel expenses
- Prepare and process expense reports; ensure timely processing of expenses utilizing the latest T&E/SAM electronic processes for payment to corporate credit card and P-Card
- Handle general office and administrative tasks; assist other members of the department
- Perform department business while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing business environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Self‑motivated
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask over a wide range of responsibilities
- Exceptional work ethic and dependability
- High level of organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent interpersonal skills
This position is designated as hybrid, requiring presence in the office a minimum of three days per week, increasing to four days per week starting January 5, 2026. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
BenefitsThis position is eligible for company‑sponsored benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement and other perks. Salary range: $60,000–$80,000.
