Under the direction of the Codes and Standards Office Administrator I, the District Representative II (plans examiner) has the responsibility for checking plans relating to the enforcement of the California Health and Safety Codes and related regulations, as they may pertain to the construction, use and/or alteration of manufactured homes, mobile homes, commercial modulars, and special purpose commercial modulars, construction and maintenance of mobile home and/or special occupancy parks, manufactured home foundation systems, earthquake resistant bracing systems, permanent buildings within mobile home and special occupancy parks.
