About the RoleA typical day for a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future. You will help others to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, building client relationships that grow stronger each year.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
- Help to ensure all client needs are met during service, both in person, over the phone or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
