A Typical DayYou will greet clients with a friendly, welcoming demeanor, match them with the best tax professional, schedule appointments, and ensure all client needs are met each time.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phones, greet clients, and provide personalized assistance.
- Match clients with the appropriate tax professional.
- Schedule client appointments as per preferences.
- Assist with in‑person, phone, or virtual client service.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in multiple locations.
- Experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong customer service background.
- Multi‑tasking skills.
- Organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
