OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual for a temporary role (approximately nine months) providing administrative and reporting support. This position is ideal for someone resourceful, proactive, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks while applying critical thinking when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Manage invoice requests, prioritizing urgent payments.
- Pull reports for analysis and accurately complete required fields.
- Perform data entry, including renaming receipts and organizing files from the bank.
- Answer and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Create and maintain checklists to ensure timely task completion.
- Conduct research in Concur (e.g., look up report numbers and details).
- Follow up diligently with internal teams and external contacts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow‑through.
- Ability to think on your feet and gather information effectively.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and data entry.
