By focusing on aligned incentives between teams and fans, our platform unifies ticketing, merchandise, and game‑day operations – creating a smoother, more fan‑friendly experience.

We’re hiring a high‑agency Staff or Senior Accountant to bring accounting fully in‑house and own the monthly close and core accounting operations end‑to‑end. This is a hands‑on role for someone who has personally run close processes, understands operational accounting deeply, and can execute with minimal oversight.

What you’ll do:

Own the monthly close

  • Maintain organized, audit‑ready support documentation
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements

Own revenue, billing, and cash workflows

  • Manage billing and revenue recognition processes
  • Reconcile Stripe activity, including cash and fee tracking
  • Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies directly and professionally

Oversee AP / AR operations

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Oversee credit cards, reimbursements, and AP workflows through Ramp
  • Maintain strong cash controls and reconciliation discipline

Support audit and reporting

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages
  • Support the annual audit and provide required documentation
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls and documentation standards

Improve systems and processes

  • Oversee Quick Books, Stripe, and Ramp administration
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual work and increase control
What you’ll bring:
  • 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Ability to directly own a full monthly close process
  • Strong reconciliation skills and operational accounting discipline
  • Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or platform‑based environments preferred
Attributes that will make you successful on our team:
  • Comfort communicating directly with customers regarding billing
  • High reliability and strong sense of ownership
  • Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven execution style
  • A strong desire to learn – hold yourself to a high standard and continually look for ways to build your skills
  • Tenacity – enjoy working on challenges that others can’t or don’t want to tackle and are not afraid of failing fast to find better solutions
  • Empathy – thrive in an environment where everyone can truly be themselves; understand that diverse life experiences enrich the team and product
  • Customer‑centric mindset – understand the problem to be solved and who we are solving it for
  • Innovation – passion for exploring and implementing AI technologies to enhance automation, optimize workflows, and drive innovation

This is a fully remote role in the U.S., but must be able to work EST hours.

Benefits:
  • Remote first company

  • Generous medical, dental and vision plans
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers
  • $1,000 reimbursement for work‑from‑home tech setup
  • Company‑paid sustainability subscription to ensure carbon neutrality is maintained for employee activities, such as travel
Compensation:

Compensation is something we don’t want our candidates or employees to worry about. Our goal is to offer competitive salaries that are regularly benchmarked against the market. The core tenets of our compensation philosophy are fairness and transparency. We have established a standardized leveling framework based on job scope and responsibilities. This means that every person at a certain level is paid the same as everyone else, regardless of their background, previous compensation, location, or any other factor.

The compensation for this role is $110,000 – $125,000 depending on level and includes a meaningful equity package.

Application:

Some candidates may see the requirements and feel unsure that they match all the criteria. We encourage you to apply! There's a good chance you have important skills that we have not stated.
