Position SummaryAs an Accounts Payable Associate, you will join our international Accounts Payable team and collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, supporting smooth financial operations across the organization.
You will act as a reliable point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external vendors, resolving queries, preparing weekly payment proposals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor based in the Netherlands and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a global finance environment.
Responsibilities- Process vendor invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all transactions comply with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and purchase order discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and proactively monitor outstanding balances.
- Prepare and support weekly payment runs.
- Provide professional and responsive support to vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with additional finance-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Up to two years of relevant work experience.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
