PEG Staffing & Recruiting is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our esteemed client located in Maryland Heights, MO. This is a fantastic in-office, direct hire opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional with at least 2 years of experience. What You'll Be Doing:
Accounts Receivable
- Import and post customer invoices
- Process customer payments, refunds, and adjustment
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Research and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Prepare and post manual invoices
- Complete year-end audit requests accurately and on time
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with accounting software (JD Edwards Enterprise One and JWS a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Clear communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
