As an ideal candidate, you are a hands‑on and highly detail‑oriented accounting professional with deep experience managing day‑to‑day accounting operations in a fast‑paced, service‑based environment. You excel in driving financial accuracy, improving processes, maintaining strong internal controls, and partnering cross‑functionally to ensure financial information reflects real operational activity. • Strong experience with accounts payable, reconciliations, general ledger management, and core accounting operations.
• Ability to lead and execute the month‑end close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong accuracy in financial work; able to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and strengthen internal controls.
• Experience coordinating payroll‑related accounting entries and collaborating with HR or payroll partners.
• Ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Familiarity with accounting systems; proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP or integrated platforms a plus.
• Minimum of five (5)+ years of hands‑on accounting or senior bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in hospitality, events, catering, or service‑based businesses strongly preferred.
• Experience with Quickbooks preferred but not required.
• High integrity, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

$75,000 – $85,000, based on experience.
