We’re partnering with a fast‑growing organization seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Consultant to join its high‑impact Accounting & Finance team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to contribute to process improvements while managing day‑to‑day AP operations. It’s a collaborative, high‑visibility role with strong exposure across departments.

Duration: 3+ months

• Manage full‑cycle accounts payable, including invoice coding, approval routing, and timely payment execution.
• Accurately enter vendor invoices into the accounting system and ensure prompt payment processing.
• Handle weekly check runs, print and distribute checks onsite, and maintain accuracy in payment logs.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and collaborate across departments to resolve outstanding issues.
• Assist with monthly close procedures, including preparation of AP accruals and account reconciliations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely vendor payments and excellent service delivery.
• Maintain organized financial documentation in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives as the AP function scales and evolves.

• 1–3+ years of accounts payable experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data validation techniques.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communicator with a customer‑service mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, or related field).
