Eisner Amper is looking for an experienced, personable and client-focused CPA who will serve as a Client Advisor on our Dental Advisors team. You will provide outsourced accounting services for dental practice owners. This role places a primary emphasis on client engagement and relationship building. As a CPA, you will leverage your expertise to provide strategic financial guidance while fostering strong connections with our dental professional clients.##

* Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practice owners, acting as a trusted advisor
* Conduct regular client meetings to understand their financial needs, goals, and challenges
* Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations in a clear and accessible manner
* Collaborate with clients to develop customized financial plans, emphasizing their unique practice dynamics
* Facilitate effective communication between clients and our Accounting Team, ensuring client satisfaction
* Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and business best practices
* Additional financial reporting responsibilities as needed##

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation## ## Preferred/Desired

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial industry
* Audit or financial accounting experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to translate complex financial concepts into understandable and actionable insights
* Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on client satisfaction
