- Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- The bidder must within the past ten (10) years have a minimum of eight (8) cumulative years of information technology and systems audit experience.
