Overview
AHP, Associated Health Professionals, Inc., JCAHO Certified, has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant for a 48 year old Healthcare Staffing Agency. Located in Culver City, CA. In-House Role, Not Remote.
Responsibilities- Perform all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
- Oversee the payroll and invoicing staff who produce a weekly payroll for medical employees and weekly & monthly invoices to Hospital clients.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Supports accounting and works closely with Owner
- Experience with Accounting in Quick Books Pro
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access
- Familiarity with Avionte; payroll and invoicing a plus.
- In-office position in Culver City, CA.
