Location: California

Ledgent Accounting & Finance has partnered with a growing real estate and property management company and is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong accounting experience and expertise in Yardi software. This role requires proficiency in ledger adjustments and a deep understanding of accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.

This is a contract to hire position and onsite Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform ledger adjustments and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts.
  • Utilize Yardi software for accounting tasks, reporting, and data management.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Accounting experience with a strong foundation in accounts receivable.
  • Demonstrated experience with ledger adjustments
    .
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
