Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Accounting Clerk for immediate hire in California. This temporary role is based onsite in Pasadena, CA and provides essential support to a dynamic and professional environment.

• Serve as a Temporary Excel Accounting Office Clerk in Pasadena, CA.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups, to manage data effectively.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable with precision and accuracy.
• Work in a professional environment, maintaining high standards of performance and conduct.
• Participate in immediate interviews, as the client is looking to hire without delay.
• Commit to a long-term temporary role with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with proven experience in using Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
• Financial experience with accounts payable and receivable is required.
• Ability to thrive in a professional and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to commit to a long-term temporary position.

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22-$24, with the opportunity to work in a reputable organization and gain valuable experience in a professional setting.
