Senior Accountant, Global Controllership

Facilitate accurate, timely, and efficient global accounting. Centrally manage activities, such as the global financial audit, global consolidations, One Stream admin, cash generation (CGU), and continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist the Director of Global Controllership to achieve the following:

• Achieve global controllership targets per Global Controllership Strategy
• Drive CGU through Forecasting and Reporting
• Complete One Stream Consolidations, Reporting, Admin responsibilities
• Conduct Balance Sheet review (w/ IC Reconciliation Process)
• Manage Policies for Accurate Accounting
• Lead Global (RTMS) FS Audit and Report
• Report Financials as needed
• Coordinate Tax Compliance
• Continuously Improve Global Controllership Processes
• Conduct Special Projects

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must reside in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 Years in Public Accounting, 5 Years in Manufacturing Accounting preferred
• Financial Audit or Tax experience
• Technical Accounting experience
• Prior One Stream (or similar system) Administration
• Communication and Continuous Improvement mindset

• CPA preferred
