Job Cost Accountant (JCA)
Reports To:
General Manager
What does a JCA with Paul Davis do?
- Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and Quick Books Accounting Software
- Manage the daily operations of the franchise as needed when the owner is not available
- Maintain all accounting, computer, and financial records for the franchise in conjunction with a CPA
- Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology

You will practice continuous improvement daily, establishing rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents, and team members.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents, and colleagues
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support other team members and foster positive interdepartmental relationships
- Represent our brand effectively
- Gather information through strong listening and communication skills, ask questions, and monitor business aspects to identify issues
- Manage all phases of job costing
- Oversee daily franchise operations as needed
- Maintain all accounting, computer, and financial records
- Ensure updated Workplace Safety certificates and insurance coverage for subcontractors
