A Westside real estate company is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team! In this newly created position, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for process management and improvement, and complex accounting. Does this sound like you or someone you know? • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 5-10 years of accounting experience
• Must have supervisory experience
• Must երաժ have real estate experience
• Advanced Excel

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, გახდა–end close, and financial statement preparation
• Manage accounting for real estate investments, joint ventures, and operating entities
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Support institutional investor reporting requirements and auditsitespace
• Establish, refine, and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Coordinate with third‑party administrators, auditors, taxкия advisors, and banking(expans)
• Assist with cash management, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Help scale accounting infrastructure, systems, and processes as the platform grows
