We are seeking an experienced and driven Audit Manager to join a growing team within a highly collaborative and people-focused public accounting environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong audit leadership, sound technical expertise, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client service.

• Lead commercial audit engagements from planning through issuance, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
• Supervise, train, and mentor seniors and staff; provide clear coaching and performance feedback.
• Review audit work papers and financial statements to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate engagement timelines, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Partner with leadership on process improvement and practice growth initiatives.
• Support business development efforts through client service excellence and relationship building.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Audit Manager preferred.
• Strong commercial audit background preferred.
• Experience leading engagements and managing teams in public accounting.
