Location: Los Angeles or Woodland Hills (Hybrid)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Execute audit engagements from planning through completion under the supervision of Managers and Partners
• Prepare and review audit work papers and financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Assist with engagement planning, risk assessment, and audit strategy development
• Identify and communicate audit issues, risks, and recommendations to engagement leadership
• Supervise, train, and mentor Staff and Interns, providing day‑to‑day guidance and feedback
• Coordinate with client personnel to obtain necessary information and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure engagements are completed accurately, timely, and within budget
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and team effectiveness

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA license required or actively working toward completion
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with audit software such as Case Ware or Pro System fx preferred
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication (written and verbal) skills
