- Conduct research to obtain required documentation, such as invoices or receipts, to ensure timely payment processing. " + "
- Prepare notices for invoice deductions as needed. " + "
- Serve as a backup for the receptionist desk on a rotational schedule. " + "
- Perform additional duties as assigned. " + "
