$100‑$130K (base + full annual bonus)

* Hybrid 3 days/week in office*

• Review federal, state, and local tax returns for real estate partnerships and related entities
• Oversee complex partnership, corporate, and disregarded entity tax work prepared by staff and third‑party firms
• Act as a trusted reviewer and point of escalation on technical and process‑related matters
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting
• Support investor‑level tax reporting and annual deliverables
• Participate in the internalization of tax compliance work and process improvement initiatives
• Research tax law developments, respond to tax notices, and support special projects
• Mentor junior professionals and contribute to a high‑performing, detail‑oriented tax function

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or a corporate tax environment
• Strong working knowledge of partnership and corporate federal and state taxation
• CPA and/or advanced tax degree preferred
• Comfortable operating independently in a deadline‑driven, highly collaborative environment
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment
