Seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join a thriving finance team at a leading financial services company in Culver City. • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support external audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Experience:
  
  4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in financial services or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Culver City, 2 days remote.
