Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Finance and Accounting, Operations, Corporate Services and Executive SearchWe’re supporting a growing consumer products company in Los Angeles that is adding a Staff Accountant to their team. This is a great role for someone who wants broad accounting exposure in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being hands‑on with month‑end close, reconciliations, and general ledger work.
What You’ll Do- Support month‑end close and prepare journal entries
- Accounts Payable Support
- Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and research discrepancies
- Manage bank reconciliations and maintain clean financial records
- Assist with audits, documentation, and compliance tasks
- Help with reporting, analysis, and general accounting support across the team
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- Some accounting experience (CPG or product‑based industry is a plus)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to grow in a scaling business
