Annual Bonus

• Oversee and manage tax planning, compliance, and preparation for a diverse range of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Provide strategic tax advisory services to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and overall financial improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations, ensuring our clients remain compliant and informed.
• Play an integral role in the firm's community involvement initiatives, contributing to our reputation as a community-focused organization.

• Professional Growth: Continuous learning and development in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• 2-3 Years of experience in tax accounting, with a strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Proven track record of professional growth within a public accounting firm.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term relationships.
• CPA or EA designation preferred
