Location: Downtown Los Angeles (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

A leading real estate investment management firm is seeking a Corporate Senior Accountant to join its corporate finance team. This role will lead payroll for ~75 employees and handle a broad range of accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and process semi-monthly payroll (Dayforce preferred, not required)
• Manage general ledger, accruals, fixed assets, prepaids, AP/AR, and financial reporting
• Support month-end close and financial analysis
• Leverage systems skills to improve processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Business with Accounting focus
• 3+ years of senior-level accounting experience
• Willingness to learn payroll processing
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Systems savvy and detail-oriented

Preferred:

• Payroll processing experience - strongly preferred
• CPA or advanced degree
• Public/private accounting mix
