Salary: $40,000.00-$65,000.00

Pilates Instructors support members to achieve healthier lives by building relationships, providing a positive member experience, education, and upholding the Life Time Brand integrity.

• Develops safe, professional, comprehensive client programs driving goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors and instructs clients on safe use of equipment during training sessions.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening, goal setting, and program recommendations.
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs, Group Fitness classes, and Personal Training to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Stays current on certifications and industry trends.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 1 year of personal training experience.
• 6 months of experience with Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment adjustments.

• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.

• College degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field.
