- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and diagnose system failures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify hazards or defects
- Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards and building codes Install lighting systems, outlets, circuit breakers, panels, and control systems
- Test electrical systems using meters, voltmeters, and testing devices
- Respond to emergency repair requests
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with contractors, project managers, and other trades
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or vocational training preferred.
- State or local electrician license (Journeyman or Master, depending on role).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
