Associate Veterinarian – Lake Olympia Animal Hospital (AAHA-Accredited)

Missouri City, TX (Just Outside Houston)

Base Salary: $130,000–$160,000 | Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $50,000 | Production Bonus:
Monthly, with true no-negative accrual

• Full‑time schedule (36–40 hours/week)
• Rotating Saturdays required
• Strong technician‑to‑doctor ratio

• Provide comprehensive veterinary care to diverse animal patients.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced veterinarians and veterinary technicians.
• Engage in continuous education and development to stay updated with veterinary advancements.
• Utilize advanced technology and equipment for diagnostics and treatment.
• Participate in community outreach and client education initiatives.
• Rotate Saturday shifts as required.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current veterinary license in the state of Texas.
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with endoscopy is a plus.
