RN or LVN – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing; Night Shift

Overview

Reliant Healthcare Group is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1-on-1 pediatric private duty nursing care in the home. We offer day and night shifts, consistent cases, competitive pay, and strong clinical support. • G-Tube / G-Button Cases
  • LVN/LPN: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour
  • RN: $31.00 – $34.00 per hour
• Trach / Vent Cases
  • LVN/LPN: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
  • RN: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
• Rates vary by case complexity and experience

• Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 0–20)
• Monitor vital signs and deliver safe, competent nursing care
• Follow and implement individualized plans of care
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team
• Educate and support families
• Complete documentation using electronic medical records (EMR)

• Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas – REQUIRED
• Pediatric experience preferred (private duty, home health, or similar)
• Current CPR certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist with patient transfers and medical equipment

• Pediatric-focused 1-on-1 care (no facility ratios)
• Day and night shifts available
