As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) at Med Care, you’ll have the opportunity to provide one‑on‑one care in a setting where patients thrive— structured schedules allow for meaningful patient interactions and thorough documentation while ensuring you have the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life. Qualifications & Responsibilities- Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant program
- Licensed to practice as an SLPA in Texas by the anticipated start date
- 1 year of experience preferred; new graduations welcome to apply
- Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required
- Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs
- Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care
- Flexible Schedule Options:
Part‑Time and PRN roles, with shifts available on weekdays, after school, and/or Saturdays - PTO and Paid Holidays
