Lead teachers coordinate daily operations of assigned classes. Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

• Feel a sense of accomplishment as you see children participate in activities you planned
• Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop an engaging curriculum
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various channels
• Engage with other childcare professionals and continue to grow in your profession

• High school diploma required
• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field required
• Child Development Associate (CDA) required
• 3+ years of previous experience in infant care
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. for handling children and safety; for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to lift infants safely
• Meets background check eligibility
