The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring for Full Time and Part Time Spa Concierge. This is an entry level position. Our Spa Concierge...is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with the right ambiance to ensure a memorable experience for our guests each and every time.

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our changing lounge and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
• Works closely with the therapists to ensure that each guest is comfortable and on-schedule for their treatments
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special to every guest, every time
• Serves as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care of the “big stuff”; the spa concierge makes sure things are running smoothly
