Responsibilities PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE
  • Assist with the Jobsite signage.
  • Pre-Construction & Utilities – Attend Municipal and Internal Meetings. Learn which items are long lead items and dates.
  • Review Project Schedule – Always have the updated schedules and assist in communicating the schedule with the subcontractors.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
  • Project Schedule – Schedules/three week lookahead are updated on a weekly basis. Every Friday, PMs distribute the schedules to Subs and Supers via distribution email.
  • Daily Logs – Update daily logs every day. Required information must be in all daily logs.
  • Jobsite Safety – Ensure all job-site safety requirements are adhered to and followed.
  • Change Order/Delay Notices – Any and all change orders and delay notices must be documented and approved by the PM/Management.
  • Communications – Daily communication with your sr. Super and PM must be done and document communication via Procore.
  • Utilities – Stay up to date with utilities and any developments.
PROJECT CLOSEOUT PHASE
  • Project Closeout – Assist with a timely and smooth hand-off to the client.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction or a related field. QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
