HVAC Service Technician | $32.00 to $42.00 per hour DOE

Senior HVAC Service Technician

$32.00 to $42.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

7:30am to 4:30pm

Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime & on-call

• Service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Annual Maintenance, and cleaning & diagnostics
• Advanced diagnostic in refrigeration cycles, air flow, mini splits & heat pumps
• Education customer on system enhancement products and replacement options
• Providing excellent customer service
• Assist with training junior technicians

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 4 + years of HVAC service experience
• EPA certificate
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Advanced troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment
• Able to consult with customers on repair and replacement decisions
• Proficient understanding in HVAC functional design and ductwork modifications
• Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems
• Have basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes, including NATE certification, company-provided
• High school diploma or equivalent
