• Lead aerial crew in daily work to safely complete jobs
• Install and/or repair aerial cable TV (CTV) coaxial and fiber cable
• Place, relocate and remove poles, lines, open wires, drops and block wires to maintain efficient operation of customer facilities
• Set up safety perimeters using signage, cones and safety barriers
• Direct traffic in accordance with local DOT guidelines as necessary
• Work in a variety of environments; indoors, outdoors, tight spaces, elevated
• Travel to various client sites, sometimes overnight stays as needed (up to 75% travel annually)
• Prioritize, organize and efficiently complete tasks to meet deadlines
• Resolve and troubleshoot issues
• Navigate a variety of terrains, managing tools and equipment
• Strive to provide the best customer experience every day
• Other duties as assigned

• 2+ years experience in aerial fiber optic installation and/or telecommunications construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Previous experience leading/managing others (a plus)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety requirements
• Familiar with NESC safety guidelines
• Ability to safely climb poles with climbing equipment
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities
• Ability to lift and carry 70 lbs consistently
• Ability to work with small components and wires
• Open to varied schedules; evenings and/or weekends as needed
• Ability to travel daily and up to 75% travel annually, including overnight stays as needed
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated (bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, standing up to 70% of the time)
• Ability to use gaffs to climb poles and build hardline on poles, use a lasher
• Must provide a valid government‑issued photo  verification; driver's license required if driving involved
• Passing of all pre‑employment requirements (MVR, background check, drug screen)
