We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Camping and Boating Advisors. This entry-level sales opportunity allows you to turn your passion for camping, boating, and outdoor exploration into a fulfilling career.

• Dive headfirst into the world of outdoor recreation by assisting customers in selecting accessories for their camping and boating adventures
• Demonstrate the latest RVs, camping accessories, and boating gear, showcasing features and functionalities with enthusiasm
• Elevate the customer experience by recommending must-have accessories and upgrades
• Build lasting connections with outdoor enthusiasts and foster a community of adventurers who share a passion for exploration

• An appetite for life and a love for the outdoors, with a desire to share that passion with others
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
• Ability to thrive in a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and occasional spontaneous adventures

• Day shift only
• Monday – Saturday, aligned with business hours
• Additional day off during the work week if on shift on Saturday
• Lunch break included; overtime and weekends as needed

• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required; drive, determination, and eagerness to learn matter more
• Basic knowledge of camping and boating accessories is a bonus; training provided to become an expert

• Hourly + Commission | $17 - $25 hourly equivalent
