• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs, including building displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities
• Support leadership with onboarding new hires, training, and coaching team members

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Can work independently, but also possess successful team‑building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety‑first mentality in a retail environment
