Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with our functional medical psychiatry and mental health practice. This role is ideal for an NP who values autonomy, flexibility, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an integrative clinical environment.
The Nurse Practitioner will provide clinical services, participate in care coordination, and collaborate with the practice team while maintaining independent clinical judgment and professional discretion.
CompensationCompensation Structure
This is a revenue-based compensation model:
- In-Office: 70/30 split

Scope of Services
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct new patient consultations and comprehensive health history reviews
- Diagnose health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order, administer, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, including bloodwork
- Perform or oversee biometrics, injections, IV infusions, and other clinical procedures as applicable
- Administer medications and respond to pharmacy and refill requests
- Monitor patient progress and identify changes in condition
- Provide after-care instructions, education, and ongoing care resources
- Refer patients to other healthcare providers or specialists as appropriate
- Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation within the EHR
- Document and track patient health plans, including progress and outcomes
- Provide follow-up communication between visits as clinically indicated
- Review laboratory testing and supplements as needed
- Facilitate patient engagement to ensure understanding, comfort, and continuity of care
- Collaborate with physicians, administrative staff, and other clinicians to support coordinated care
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable state and federal regulations
- Participate in scheduled clinical meetings as mutually agreed upon
- Adhere to practice clinical protocols while exercising independent professional judgment
- Contractor may support schedule coordination and patient flow in collaboration with the practice team
- Contractor is expected to maintain timely availability for patient care consistent with agreed-upon services
- Contractor is responsible for maintaining professional licensure, certifications, and liability coverage
- Master’s degree in nursing (required)
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Montana (ability to get license)
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing or NP experience
- Current DEA
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA requirements
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR systems)
- Familiarity with biometrics, lab testing, and general medical practices
- Knowledge of CLIA-certified laboratory procedures preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient-centered, compassionate approach to care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to travel within Montana as needed and at least once a year
